Naturally leavened bread with sourdough starter. A true sourdough, our loaves go through a 4 day fermentation process. Our sourdough mother, or starter, is named Siff. She has been working hard in the fermentation process. Our sourdough has a crisp and chewy crust with a moist open crumb, and a well-balanced flavor. We use 100% unbleached wheat flour.
